INTRODUCTION

My work in praise and worship spans more than 25 years serving as both a worship musician, lead worshipper and instructor. Last year I restarted a ministry focused on raising up city-wide worship & prayer in Wichita, KS named City of Praise. Through this ministry we are working to enhance the quality and impact of praise & worship for individuals and congregations. As well, we are promoting unity in the Body by facilitating city-wide gatherings focused on kingdom-level worship, declaration and prayer. Ultimately, we look to birth the same work in other cities around the world.

MY FOUR-FOLD EFFORT

My heart in this work is to facilitate and achieve the following.

1. To encourage and propel individuals and congregations into deeper levels of worship and more powerful levels of declaration in praise and prayer.
2. To raise the standard of excellence in the musical aspect of praise and worship through training and example.
3. To promote the unity of the Spirit through the vehicle of corporate praise, worship and prayer.
4. To minister the gospel through praise and worship.

MY CREDENTIALS

I have lead worship for over 25 years in nearly every setting from small groups to worship evangelism to arenas. I have taught private lessons, served as a high school teacher and administrator, conducted seminars and conferences, and presently direct our School of Worship. My educational background includes an earned Master’s Degree in Education with advanced studies in percussion, music theory and composition.
